Hi I am ankylosys spondylitis (HLAB27 +ve) patient with Vit D deficiency and day to day basis I feel severe pain in the joint in between hip and Leg,
Could someone please suggest me some medicines for pain and to cure it.

Hey
In this condition, Lifestyle Modification is a must.
Taking break after every hr. in work,
Learning transition of posture from sitting to standing & viceversa.
Rotation of the spine is a must , Mild stretching exercise should be implied in the routine.
Sleeping on a correct mattress & pillow is read.
You can get trained from an expert Physiotherapist in this field .
