Hi, my brother has been suffering from Germ Cell Tumor for sometime and now he had lost senses below his hips due to compression and fracture of spinal ( t11 vertebra). He had been operated and the tumor surrounding had been removed. can u suggest me how long does it take for him to get back to normal.

I have been feeling a little weak for the past 2 days with mild fever and headache. This morning i woke up to find red spots (not painful) all over my chest and stomach and also some spots on arms and legs. I dont have fever as such but i dont feel 100% fit.
