As far as your heel pain is concerned, you may be suffering from a condition called planter fascitis which is an inflammation is the fascia on the undersurface of your feet. A thorough clinical examination will help in clinching the diagnosis better. Some blood tests fasting including calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphotase, vitamin D, PTH, uric acid along with weight bearing X rays of calcaneum lateral entry axial views will be helpful. Start by wearing silicone heel pads in both your shoes(available in pharmacy) and doing 3 mins hot followed by 1 min cold water fomentation for 20 mins 2-3 times a day. Revert back with investigation reports so that the medications can be started as well.
