Dear all. I am 34 yr old guy , I have frequent pain in joints specially in the night and in order to get relief I hammer my points with hand because of I get relief . even from inside I feel like feviriah with upset stomach. Any specific reason for this. I am facing this problem from past 6 months and this happens after gap of every 10-15 daya. Kindly assist

Joint pain issue deficiency of calcium and Check ur VitD Levels tk calcium supplement OK little physiotherapy u can tk to prevent further itself and tk medicine for stomach
