Bone & Muscle problems

I have been facing like headache recent few days its along with burning eyes and nose and from knees to leg muscle its like pain and like burning.I feel relief I do message a leg muscle .I do not have fever .I am not getting what's the issue I have never face this type issue before.

I fell down from bike, aftr that im experiencing pain at wrist if i move to one side. There was no brake of bone. But pain not reducing

I participated in a 21km half marathon 2 months back after training for about 3 months. During the race my outer side of the left knee started paining. Now after taking 2 months of rest when i go out to run the pain comes back after 2kms of running. I looked up online and it seems like a IT band problem. Would love some inputs. thanks.

I have a chronic Left Ankle Ligament tear Grade 2 injury from 2014. It happened due to twist while playing football and then it continued twisting some more times. I took an MRI as suggested by Ortho doctor and was diagnosed with grade2 tear and was suggested Physio for some months after continuing physio for 45 days I found the pain decreasing but it never stopped. Currently I cannot run and play. I have visited more than 5 physios but couldnt find any relief. Can some doctor suggest me any treatment. I have some anterior TabioFibular ligament tear. I would be obliged if i get any help. Thanks in anticipation.

I had gone for a long run of around 7.5 kms yesterday and was running a long distance after a long time. Since ysterday the sides of both my foot are paining and it pains evrytym i walk. What should i do

I have a problem from 2-3 weeks,whenever I get up from sleep in morning their is a regular pain in my back for 3-4 hours.consult plz..I have marked that red spot,at that spot I have pain.

Finger snaps or gets stuck mostly in morning and night. It had been diagnosed by an steroid injection just below the middle finger. But still the problem persists and now even its paining. The injection spot has turned bluish. It has been almost 7 to 8 months with this. Pls tell what to do??? Any home remedy possible?

Suffered huge sciatica pain due to L5-S1 disc bulge for nearly 1 year. Had recovered now with mild lower back pain. But feeling constant tiredness for the last 3 days. Taking 2 medicines per day now (ECOD PLUS & ALGABA M75). Please suggest.

I had neck pain and arm pain, consulted a physiotherapist and underwent traction and massage, pain reduced in the neck but sensation in the arm did not. So he asked me for MRI , MRI showed Cervical Annual Tear c4-5. He is asking me to go through a laser treatment. Kindly suggest if the laser is reqd.
