Eyes burning
I feel like my eyes are burning since couple of months.
I work for 6hr in front of laptop and sleeps in between 11am to 8pm with an average sleep hrs of 6-8hrs a day. Even my heels are burning such that sometimes I feel slight stress beneath my foot. Please let me know the cause and remidi for the problem.

Ankle ligament Torn
My right foot twisted while playing badminton. It has got swelling too. I consulted a doctor immediately for any bone fracture and had an X-ray. There was no bone fracture but Ligament torn(Grade II).I am taking complete rest since 10 days. When should I start walking? Should I go for plaster to heal the torn Ligament?

I had an operation of achilies tendon of leg and til now I had walking plaster it's going 9 week Dr. said it will remove in the next week I would like to know after remove the plaster can i walk in normal without any external support and without any pain less or swelling ...plus suggest me I am so worried about it
