Which protein supplements should I use for increasing muscles. I had taken Muscle blaze whey protein but suffered side effects like acne and increase in stomach size. My trainer has suggested me to go for ON gold standard.

Pain in lower back
I have pain in my lower back from past 3 weeks. I tot it was some ligament or backbone related pain. But the pain moves from left side to right side. Pains when I get up after sitting and then the pain reduces after few mins. Unable to touch my toes while stretching..

Sweaty palms and feets
My palms and my foot gets sweaty. Its winter, the temperature is kind of low yet I sweat that too just in palms of my hands and both legs. I have this problems since childhood. Any possible solution? And why is this happening to me? How should I get over it?

Fracture-left hand ulna
My left hand ulna bone is fractured 09 weeks before (15th Nov). I still have plaster on hand. Docs had advised to keep plaster till this month end. But i still have pain while movement done with the hand. Attached is my XRAY taken after 20 days of injury (9th Dec).Kindly advice.

Leg & Foot Pain
I have a flat foot and it always pains badly. I met many ortho to cure this but finally I was pushed to a physiotherapy. Doctor advised me to have an arch in my shoes which would ideally reduce my pain. It pains badly in my legs now days though having an arch, any suggestion to this or some strong gels or ointments pls

Genu varum
I have a genu varum (bow legs) since childhood. Few days back i consulted an orthopedic, he suggested me if i'm not having any issues in walking, running or any other activities you should not undergo surgery. Be happy with it. I found this answer unhelpful, what would you suggest, while walking it looks really weird
