Hello.. Well its common to get pain when you abruptly begin or stop exercising.....do not worry..encourage yourself to go out and engage in the sport you like.. Have milk well and loads of green leafy vegetables, sprouts and fruits...I don't think there is anything to worry about...happy playing...thank you!
