I am suffering my severe back bone pain as well neck pain and stomach ache too much of vomitings and motion too

My left hand wrist fractured one week back. We Consultented a doctor in virinchi and that doctor suggested me to be operated but I need a second opinion and proper medication for my fracture. I want to know what to do now and brief description about what to do about my operation

When I bend my knee then I have pain . When I sit in chair or vehicle then I feel pain in my backbone so I wants to the suggestions plz tel me.

I have been feeling a pain in my left foot for almost last two months, earlier I thought of it as a sprain or muscle pull, and applied moov for relief. It helped me for the moment but the pain has sprouted again. I started morning jog today and my foot has again started to hurt. I don't remember getting any injury or engaging in some accident involving that foot.

I was diagonise with herniated disc L5 S1 with sciolosis and incidental hemangioma. It has been 2 months and now there is no pain in lower back but im having pain in upper back neck , and shoulder and right hand.
