Bone & Muscle problems

I got a knee arthroscopic surgery done on 1st march. They gave me an anesthetic on my spine to numb the lower region. The knee which is operated is still in numb state with little movement and I am not able to excrete freely. Will it happen eventually or is it a problem.

Can't put pressure on my knees, problem n pain in walking, climbing stairs. Walk has become quite slow

I have been suffering from shoulder rotation problems f outrom four months... Initially I was unable to move my hand due to pain.. After that I went to physiotherapy for almost two months and carried out  continuous physical exercises... And regular medicine..From then gentle movements made possible. Mean while there was a bulge (in shoulder to elbow part)...Which was hard and now smoothened... Finally I met a doctor who suggested me to undergo Manipulation under Anaesthesia ...Which I was really worried about. Need suggestion like Is MUA ok to go with or any risky or shall I need to look for an alternative treatment like surgery...
