I fell from stairs and my right foot is paining. Need some advice on it. Meanwhile resting it at a height and applied some ice on it.

I am having a wrist pain since last 2 weeks Sometimes the pain increasing if u do some heavy work with left hand or ride bike for long time. The pain increasing till my knee b i feel no power in my hand. I consulted a physiotherapist, according to him there is a problem in the TFCC. Am not sure, tell me what should i do.

I have had a fracture 8 weeks back the bone is not moved but my parents I can't do specific sports and they told me to check online what i can do all sports but am limited since my forearm got fractured i would love to know what sports i can do on a weekly basis that will strengthen my bone and allow me to return to my past form

My left knee is paining from last 1month. I am not able to get up if seated. Not able to bend my knee for sitting or getting up.

She is undergoing medication, thyronorm 25mcg , she gets severe pain in below the knee area, at time pain in her left hand. She feel as if she is getting paralysed, after some time it gets relieved.

Can I gave MRI after Knee replacement, as mother got a rod in knee after replacement. Or what kind of test can be preferred to have to check the status n situation of knee.

Hi, I am suffering from back ribs pain since past two days, all of a sudden It started , I used volini spray now i feel better but still not able to sit straight for not even 10mins it paining .. want to know solution and causes . Can I use ULTRACET tablet for temporary purpose. Please let me know. Thank you.

I slipped when going down the stairs and I fell on my waist on the steps. At that time though I was feeling heavy pain I just managed. After around 15 days when I went from Bhubaneswar to salipur around 55 km, I felt heavy pain in the mid part of my waist ( end point of vertebrae). Now the pain is unbearable. So can you suggest me what should I do now?

I have disc protrution l5s1..wats the way to cure this ..and can i do indoor cycling to reduce weight as i ganied weight ..
