My girlfriend has chronic compartment syndrome and frequently complaining about the pain in her shins. Are there any ways relieve pain, without surgery?

Consulted doctor . He said there's mild stretching of the ligament. Advised Hot Formentation with epsom salt. Panatafold-D for early morning. and Aclopar- SP for 2 times. (salt is Aceclofenac, parcatemol and Serratiopeptidase). please advised is the consultation right. He did not tell me any exercise and said 10 days you will be fine. ? Is taking these medicines alright?

Rt knee is always swollen 4-5 times doctor removed water from my knee I have done a test of biopsy is -ve rheumatoid arthritis -ve and Test of SSA&SSB also -ve Vitamin d deficiency. Is find out only so sir please suggest me better treatment options.

I have pain in lower back from last 7-8 days , iam not able to sit .. or drive. also i used pain relied gel but pain is still the same..

I have severe back pain since thursday night, I went to the gym on wednesday where i did some exercise with 3 kg dumbles. It is okay when i am lying down but when i stand ut increases and it is becoming difficult to stand or walk. The pain was less on sunday but it has increased today. Do i need to see a doctor?

Hello! I am suffering from right upper back pain for 36 hrs. Initially I thought It was caused by muscle strain while sleeping..but after 12 hrs pain has increased now I feel pain on my left chest as well, while coughing...I did exercise too to get relief but no result. Please suggest.

I have injured my wrist while twist opening a pipe. Left hand was on top and right hand below..Left wrist got injured

Severe foot ache even if I stand ,could not walk few steps even without pain.Pain at knee and bk knee too,couldn't fold legs if folded hurts a lot when I bring it to normal position.After rest, legs become more prone to pain if try to walk.
