Bone & Muscle problems

Sir i dont know what ws that but i show lump when i get bend i dnt knw its is abs or wht i m doing gym so its not painfull but i can see small lump in corner and ending of abs what ws that hernia or not ??

Suddenly there is pain in leg knee from couple of days, I am unable to climb stairs. It happens me to me often. But this time its a bit severe

My right legs thie is little thinner than left so having trouble to use stairs & high hill sandel it is from my childhood now it's disappointing me it is creating issue in my married also

I have consistent pain and swelling in my big toe for the last 2 days which was fractured a month ago. Physician advised that toe is completely healed based on X-ray results .

Severe pain in joints. Experience stiffness not able to unfold legs and arms when in sitting position. Having cervical spindilitis at c4 , c5. Pain and stiffness hindering daily routine. Even sole of feet also pain when touched on floor.

I had an injury while playing cricket a month before. I visited the doctor and took an X-ray, there are no fractures. It a little swelling in it. After 2-3 days I was able to walk normally but I am unable to run. While trying to put pressure I am getting pain. I haven't taken any medicine or either a bandage. I left it like that. I can walk freely now but not able to run. Is there any medicine or ointment that I can apply so I could get it cured faster.

My right hand thumb finger's MCP ligament has been partially tore and bone has been dislocated too,,, doctors suggest to do surgery.. whether surgery is required??

Whenever i walk i am having little pain on sole of my left foot. I have habit of walking a lot ( around 8-10 km everyday ) . The pain is not much but has been happening since 2 months . The pain is more when i sit on my desk in office for long time and then walk. Please advise the reason and cure

I am a 22 year old male and I have very small wrist bones. I noticed this when I was in 9th standard, but my parents just ignored the problem. But now I see almost everyone with wider wrist bones as compared to mine. The circumference of the my wrist is around 5.7 cm and I am around 5' 10 in height. I am looking for advice regarding this since it's been bothering me for so long now.

My Mom have knee and joint pain for the past Month and is unable to walk properly Kindly advice. She is not able to withstand her leg standing for a long time. Looking out for permanent remedy for the same.
