Constant pain in lower back...since 15yr
Constant lower back pain since 15 to 17 yrs .... consult local doctors ...they suggested to take medicine and do exercise ....got temporary relief from pain ..continued the medications for years ... but now medicines have become ineffective... so as doctor said to take arthritis treatment ..i did the same ..... but still temporary relieve from pain .. and doctor said to take treatment every 4 months

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

The actual problem is the malalignment of spine and sacroiliac joint of your body along with secondary multiple muscle damage ..

the only solution I can suggest you to plz search a good sports physio with expertise in myofascial trigger points release therapy manually or with dry needling and well versed in osteopathic manipulative treatment and chiropractic adjustment with kinesiolocial taping application...

Hello Madam.. I would like you to share the details of your low back pain including the investigation done so that I would be in a better position to guide you... I would like to know your height and weight.. Since it is a chronic issue need lot more details on the pain severity and activity limitation... For now... I would like you to keep lot of icing in the back like once in every 2 hours for 15 mins.. Take rest... Support your back with lumbar support belt.... Don't lift any weight... Don't stand for long time... Kindly revert back with details necessary to help you better
