Bone & Muscle problems

Experienceing the pain in the left hand's upper back area between shoulder and back neck.Pain while doing left hand raise above to the head posture.Pain while sleeping posture

I have injured my wrist while twist opening a pipe. Left hand was on top and right hand below..Left wrist got injured

Severe foot ache even if I stand ,could not walk few steps even without pain.Pain at knee and bk knee too,couldn't fold legs if folded hurts a lot when I bring it to normal position.After rest, legs become more prone to pain if try to walk.

2 months ago while playing cricket during fielding my index finger struck to ground resulting in severe pain. Got X ray done. Doc said thr is no fracture in d bone.Was told to massage using warm salt water but it's been 1 month after that and thr is no relief in pain.Intact everyday once gets some impact resulting in extreme pain.I have to join a ship very soon and need urgent solution as it will give me trouble

There is a bone extension in my left hand.It was like this earlier before but now it has grown bigger I guess. When I make a fist it becomes more bigger. Is it normal or do I need to consult a doctor??
