My younger kid having some pain in left hand(Palm or Wrist) since morning. She might hit something while playing. We don't know what happened. Even she can't say what she did as she is just 3 years old. How to cure. Is there any Spray or ointment. Please advise.

I have a temporal pain in the knee when i bent my knee. Actually i jumped from the wall 25 days ago and that pain still remains.i t only happens when i bent my knee around 3-4 minutes. I have patellar tendonitis in my knees and today I slipped and fell down some stairs. I landed on my butt, therefore no direct impact to my knee, however; my knee fully bent very fast and I felt a painful pop behind my knee. The pain as been progressing as the night goes on. I'm worried that I may have torn my PCL? Or maybe pinched a nerve? Please help...
