Bone & Muscle problems

I had met with a minor accident 6 months ago after which I got mild pain on my left wrist. The pain subsided after few days but I still get some pain whenever I rotate the wrist. There is no pain in the bone but only in some muscle. There is no pain without rotation. Should I consult an orthopedist or a neurologist? Kindly advise.

I am suffering pain in my joints of finger knee joint and foot finger joint and sometime in chest In your previous suggestion ,I have check my medical status and found ,In medical report the RA factor and CRP level found high .Presently take following medicine .(i)CUPAN-D (II) CALCINO (III)LEFSUM 20 (IV) PIROXITAS -D (V)DIVONMR . Sir ,please suggest me which are best medicine anduntil which time i hace to taken this medicine.My Age is 42(male) height 5'7" weight 79.

Swelling in the left leg below the knee Ankle and foot of left leg is swelling and severe pain Not able to walk

I have a Sprain (not sure) at the right side of my right shoulder which does not pain while streched but pains while contracted (quite severe pain). It has been lasting since a week now and inspite of using ketoprofen plasters and ice gels it has not been cured. Please suggest some ways to get it cured. Thanks.

Feeling pain around knee. Unable to sit on the floor. Also paining while climbing steps. Continuous mild pain around right knee.
