I have Been Suffering From Back pain &Spl in nights the pain getting seviour Looking For Good Doctor

Sir I am suffering from back upper back pain from 3 months.I did x-ray of cervical spine ap/lat and there was written in x-ray report that osteo arthritic changes seen C3 to C6 vertebrae with . Sharpening of appohysical margins. . Anterior marginal osteophytes. .Disc place are normal. .Loss of cervical lordosis is present. .No cervical rib is seen. Prevertebral soft tissue shadow is within normal limit. and I did x-ray of l.s spine ap/lat and here in report it is written that scoliosis of lumbar spine with convexity towards right side. .Lumbar lordosis is lost...?due to mussle spam.. and I did x-ray of dorsal spine ap/lat and here is wriitrn in the x-ray that .Osteo arthritic changes seen D7 to D12 vertebra with .Anterior marginal osteophytes. .Dorsal kyphosis not maintained at the mid dorsal spine.

I fell down There is sprain in my right hand and from today morning I can see my thumb is twisted by there is no pain in my thumb

My brother is facing intermittent Lower back pain since last 2 years. lumber spine MRI says 2 things 1 sacralisation of l5 vertebra. 2 L4-L5 intervertebral disc reveals diffuse posterior bulge with small posterocental and left paracentral protrusion indenting left l5 nerve root. He has taken 2 injections in lumber. undergoes stretching exercise daily. Please guide us on how to deal with it.

Hi, my mother has been diagnosed with diabetes neuropathy 2 months ago. She had deficiency of vitamin B12 and acute gastritis as well. The pain had subsided earlier but has now again become prominent, especially in left leg. Please advise.
