Numbness in little finger
I could feel numbness in my little finger and a part of ring finger of my left hand as i got up and it is since a week and hasn't come back to normal. Sometimes it pains but being still there isn't any energy over that part.I couldn't lift things using left hand and I fear if it is any major problem. Any suggestions or exercises to bring back to normal? Help me !!

The numbness and weakness needs to be assessed and investigated. This could be either from nerve compression in neck or nerve compression.aroind the elbow. As the numbness is persisting and there is weakness, please contact an Orthopaedic Surgeon for examination and any investigations as appropriate. Hope this helps. This is because of nerve compression in the neck region. C6 nerve gets compressed due to our daily activities like forward neck bending for long time or weight lifting or travelling etc. It leads to numbness, heaviness or tingling sensation, sharp pain or problem in gripping something.
Next Steps
Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy+ traction +strengthening exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting +no forward bending +no weight lifting +avoid cold exposure +no manual exertions +no long travelling +sit tall.
