I have been suffering from shoulder rotation problems f outrom four months... Initially I was unable to move my hand due to pain.. After that I went to physiotherapy for almost two months and carried out  continuous physical exercises... And regular medicine..From then gentle movements made possible. Mean while there was a bulge (in shoulder to elbow part)...Which was hard and now smoothened... Finally I met a doctor who suggested me to undergo Manipulation under Anaesthesia ...Which I was really worried about. Need suggestion like Is MUA ok to go with or any risky or shall I need to look for an alternative treatment like surgery...

I am having biceps tendonitis from last 3 months. I have gone to sports injury hospital and Sitaram Bharti also, but the problem took two months to get diagnosed. I have been regular to gym from.last 7 years and it happened while doing pull ups. I have gone through IFT and ultra sonic along with wax heating for last 10 days but there is no relief. Being a fitness freak and having profession in the same field, it is very depressing that their is no guarantee of treatment. I don't have any pain in lifting around 5 kg and doing my daily worl, problem starts when I exercise with biceps. I have put myself on long rest too but pain subsidizes and comes back when I start exercising. Let me know if it is permanently curable or physiotherapy is just a pain reliever not killer? If yes, how long shall it take in my case?

As per knee x-ray 1.osteoarthritic changes spotted with small marginal osteophytes. 2.soft suprapatellar tissue swelling noted. 3.the knee gap has been increased. there is a visibly big swelling on my right knee and the lower and side part of the knee has got a bulge too.it is causing extreme pain.at present,i am consulting a doctor and taking medicines prescribed by him but it is of no use the doctor told,there's a lump in my knee.i wear a full length knee guard and i have done 14 days Ultrasound therapy and i regularly do exercise as prescribed by him still i can't walk normally and can't sleep at night due to excessive pain at night.sometimes my knee and the thigh part become so stiff that i can't lift them or move them.i scream due to pain.it has been six months ,i am taking medicines and still i can't walk or do household work for 5 minutes at a stretch.i have to walk or move with the help of my family members. in fact,it is spreading from knee to thigh,waist and the whole leg.

I have a pain in neck,upper back more.. doctors said improper shoulder position..mild kyphoscoliosis..and also I have pelvic instability cause limb length difference.. Because of this pelvic instability I got shoulder deviation or any other problem..

My mom is having pain in her legs and knees seviourly and also she gas burning sensation in legs and knees

My wife is suffering from dizziness from past 3days she cannot walk properly, can't even stand for. More than 2 minutes. Moreover she can feel weakness in her body.

Its been around 2-4 wk i am continously feeling pain in my lower back. What could it be? Should i be more concerned about it and seek consultation or its just normal. Please reply.
