Bone & Muscle problems

I have had pain in back n legs . When ever I stand n walk it increases. Pain is on both legs. Also pain in shoulders.

While playing, I twisted my knee and got my patella dislocated. On getting an MRI done, it was found to be a flap tear of my medial meniscus. It has been a little more than 2 weeks. I was told to take rest. But, I don't see any improvement. The knee is still inflamed, painful and I'm not able to bend my knee at all. I can't completely extend my knee neither can I flex it beyond a certain degree. When I try to bend it more I feel tension on my muscles and as if the patella would dislocate again.

WHILE WALKING CONSTANTLY FEEL PAIN IN LOWER PART OFBOTH LIMBS INCLUDING FEET WITH ALMOST FREEZING OF LIMBS WITH LEAST SENSATION. Sometimes swelling of ankles after days work in the office

It's a muscle pain that hasn't been caused by excessive work. I started gym for some form of exercise but that didn't help the cause either. In fact, the pain stays with the shoulder unlike my right shoulder, which recovers overtime. What should I do?

Pain in upper left arm during night times. On initial consultions, the doctor feels it might have to do something with cervical spondylitis. Suggested a MRI scan

Someone told me that strengthening the triceps muscles can decrease the carrying angle to some extent.is it right?

I fell from bike and got minor injury in knee. i can stand but I am feeling pain in knee. I have got scratch in knee. It got swollen some bit and I am feeling pain to bend my knee. i feel like minor muscle strain and injury.

I have been having pain in my heel for past 1 month. The intensity of the pain differs from day to day. It is worse when I am walking. I feel maximum pain when I press the front heel. I have applied various pain ointments but none of them worked.
