Bone & Muscle problems

I am 25 year old male. I have been having pain my knee. Whenever sit with cross legged or bend my knee I feel pain on back of my knee. I feel the same pain while running and walking for long time.

A friend of mine has been having a severe back pain for almost an year and half now. When he had initially consulted the doctor he was told he has vitamin d deficiency.he took tablets for the same for about a month. Pain reduced but didn't stop completely. Recently he did an MRI as well..No issues were seen. He went through one week physiotherapy, pain reduced for a while and became the usual pain later. He goes through  bad pain everyday during driving, while trying to sleep, while waking up..Pain starts from his lower back and go down till his legs.he is working in a MNC and has night shifts Which seem to be aggravating the issue. Kindly suggest.

I am having a heel pain for past few weeks. I had some pain medication prescribed by doctor, but it was not working. So now I started physiotherapy for the past 9 days using ultra sonic heating. It showed some progress but after a standing travel on train the heel pain is still there. PS : I am able to walk but it pains a bit. So what should I do continue the physiotherapy or consult an ortho?

I have severe pain in my hand/arm. Cannot lift items. Also get a pricky feeling at the tips of my fingers

After operation Bone graft (genex bio composite) of Left leg tibula operation, 70% bone graft dislocated, will it again return to bone gap, rod inserted in leg, currently can walk with stick, external wound heal, no improvement since 1 month.

I had mild neck pain due to bad posture about 12 days back. I used heat and massage to bring the pain down. Now I still have pain but it's concentrated on my sides. The pain increases when I try to sleep, I have changed two pillows but both were of no use. The pain is not very severe, but discomforting. I have been sleeping on my stomach my whole life but after reading few articles, I have been trying to sleep on my sides. Perhaps is that the reason ? Also should I use a soft pillow or a firm pillow?

Hi, 4 years back I had pilonidal sinus operation and before operation I was not able to play or do some stressful job because I use to get very bad lower back pain. After operation it reduced and was able to everything but after 1yr again I got that pain back and it's still there. Please suggest me what needs to be done.

I am suffering from neck pain for the past 3 weeks. Went to orthopedic and suggested physiotherapy. Undergoing traction and heat therapy for the past 5 days. Still suffering from pain. Not reduced. x-ray shows normal. But one extra rib is present. Doctor says it will not create harm. Whenever I turn my head I face pain. Please suggest me to overcome and heal neck pain..
