I have diffuse disc bulges at d10 and l1 and l2 and l3 and l3 and l4 and degenerative changes at l4 and l5. Which posture is correct for Me to sit... I m a banker by profession I need to sit for long time... Now I m going for swimming will it be helpful... Please explain how... What type of diet I should follow... Which is the right posture to sleep... Please send me the images of particular disc bulge curing and how to sleep postures.. Help me out .

I have a lump on my lower back and wanted to know if going to the doctors is necessar. the lump recently started hurting a little to where it bothers me. it's there any way to get rid of it my self ?

Hi Doctors I am married 4yrs back and I have a 3year old son..I m software engineer and my work is always with the computer.. I am getting back pain daily especially at the lower part of the spinal cord and the middle area..if I do some household works(sweeping,washing clothes,ironing..) itself the pain starting immediately..becoz of this I am not able to do any work and this craetes problem in the family..I never had any kind of pain or illness before to my marriage..this pain started when I got conceived and continues till now..I consulted 3 to 4 doctors and everyone prescribed me the calcium tablet ..I have taken those tablet for some month but even after the pain exists.. Could any one please suggest some solutions to overcome my back pain..

RIght Arm turns automatically and i gets jammed i will not be able to move the hand somebody should come and set it. latter there will be pain and sweel at shoulder.

There's a swelling in muscle just below the armpit of my left arm; though no pain is felt in that region. shall i see a doctor ?

I have legs pain since childhood because not proper care in the early days after birth. It supposed to be lukewarm (Hot and cold) in the legs. At the time of cold, the pain in legs increase. It also increase in the night. When i walk a lot, pain increase. I have consult with doctor. Medical report are clear so there is no option for treatment.
