Fractured wrist with one slab on top

It has been 6 days since I fractured my wrist. The doctor put one slab of cast onto of my left arm. I was given a small painkiller and an anti-vomiting medicine. So far, this cast is working alright. I wonder if I can wait until next week to get another x-ray and get it re-dressed. Thanks!

Pain all over

I've had leg, foot, hip and lower back pain for about 2 years. The pain use to be bearable, but it's gotten worse within the last 4 months. Most days I limp and the pain restricts regular movement. My left leg tingles and sometimes goes numb. Resently my left hand goes numb and goes away within 30 mins to an hour. X-rays came back normal.
