Bone & Muscle problems

I am Shwetha, Female , 25yrs old, 5.4ft tall, 63kgs heavy. I am experiencing restless legs from the time i went for an intensive trek in January 2017. its been more than 2 months now. The trek was totally 28kms (up+down) and took about 2 days. After the trek i had severe knee pain, leg pain and back pain. Since then i have developed restless legs. To get relived from pain i consulted a Orthopedic Doctor and he suggested Physiotherapy for a week for my knee and back pain. They have helped a lot. The doctor had also prescribed some pain killers and muscle relaxants. I can sleep peacefully without any RSL symptoms when i take the muscle relaxant pills but without them i have sleepless nights. I still experience knee pain and leg ache. Is this kind of RSL Chronic or just temporary due to my pain? What should I do to be able to be strong again and sleep well. Kindly help.

My left hand infr & supraspinatus muscle atropy and weakness. when i go to doctor he said me suprascapular surgery but i go another doctor he said me no need surgery . that infection problem you do physiotherepy . sir what can i do

The child has an in toe which went undetected or ignored for 5 yrs...now she falls down on running and walking is awkward .what is recommended .eno should we consult.

Hi this is gopi Krishna from hyderabad recently I started using jumping rope and medium stable running(doing workout without shoes/hardsurface at home) ....I was k for couple of days and after that the next day I tried some more no of rounds of workout which gives me a sort of front side ankle pain when standing on toe....anterior tibialis I think....pain from ankle to main figer of toe...using diclofenac and applying Bengay/omni gel from last 4 days but the pain still exists can some on suggest me the solution for my problem....tq

Pain in neck and radiating to right arm and becomes numb. thumb is more numb. Tingling of whole hand. Doctor diagnosed as PIVD C5&6. Planned for surgery, is it advisable to go for surgery.
