Bone & Muscle problems

I am getting body pains mostly in the muscles. please suggest the solutions. I have undergone the blood test and doctor said I have vitamin D deficiency and B12

After doing little work my knee gets stiff and starts paining really bad . It's happening to me from around one and half year. MRI ( 8 months old) shows minimal knee effusion . I'm doing strengthening exercises and taking care of knee but still if i do some work my knee hurts . There is no swelling whatsoever and i never had swelling. My question is: 1- if it is MINIMAL knee effusion then why it is causing so much pain? 2- Is it permanent ? 3- Is there any permanent treatment for this ? 4- I'm so frustrated that I'm even ready to go for an operation ! Will operation cure it completely ? Please tell me what to do now, All the doctors suggesting rest and exercises and I'm doing it for one year now . I Want to know what next!

Heavy Neck pain if I down my neck for 10-15 min the neck main starts if I apply any pain relief spray also the neck pain will be reduced for few hours later again starts while studying by making Neck down due to this neck pain sometimes the headache also comes can I make a solution for it whom to consult.

Hi Doctor, I'm experiencing a lower back pain (right side) from past one month. when I travel, the pain increases. During walking and bending, I don't feel the pain but only during travelling and while sitting I feel the discomfortness. BEFORE 1.5 MONTHS I HAD AN INCISION ON MY HIND TOE DUE TO ACCUMULATION OF PUSS. IN HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL COMPLETLY HEAL.SINCE I M A SPORTS PLAYER AFTER HOW MANY DAYS I CAN START PLAYING CRICKET.
