Bone & Muscle problems

I have extreme pain in my wrists and fingers since one year.. Doctors say i have sandhi vaat. I have visited lots of doctors but there is no improvement.

I m treating it gradually by #muscle strengthng #tendocare tablet #cold therapy #mild hot fomentation ,#by avoiding oily or junky foods. My diet is: cornflakes+grapes+nuts+milk Rice/rooti/potatoes Apple Brown bread pasta I am trying to enrich more Ca,Mg in diet. (breakfast to dinner) I want to know sir/madam, 1.that whether the whole package i am following is helping in my healing process for tendopathy ? 2.I want to add anything/remove. Thanks for the help (Being a active sportsman i want to recover as fast as i can)

My age is 48,my right hand's rist l joint bone was broken,I went to a doctor and he plaster my hand,after 1 months doctor cut plaster, then I saw my finger didn't fold properly & I can't fist properly, then I started hot wax messaging, but nothing improvement,I think my right hands vain patching with each-othres, please tell me what can I do now???
