Bone & Muscle problems

I accidentally punched the wall that had a nail. My knuckles got hurt and had swollen immediately after hitting. I have a few cuts because of the nail. But I can see that blood has clotted. But if my hand is idle for sometime it's really painful when I move it afterward. I have tried cold compression. What should I do next ? Is it a fracture? Plz advice.

I've been experiencing an acute pain in my right upper thigh for the past two weeks. It's not too painful, but it bother me when I'm walking. I run regularly at the gym, and I first noticed the pain then. In the last two days, I am also experiencing a pain in my ankle and the head of my metatarsal in the right foot. The pain in these two locations is very painful. I have been on a balanced diet and am drinking water too. I will be travelling for a month from next Thursday so I want to figure out the problem with my foot before that.

Pain near neck area, Body ache, thus cannot sleep properly. I have b12, vitamin d3 and iron deficiency.

Height Problem. he is 2 years old. his growth is stopped. yesterday we have done Bone Micro X-ray and on basis of this Doctor said his height will be remain as it is. he will never grow in his life. his height is 2 Ft...Doctor said between two bone joints jelly is available which force to increase the length of bone but in this case jelly is not available so height will never ever increase we are depressed doctor told to do Genetic reports and some other reports which may take time to receive...doctor said its unexplain case - No medicine or no treatment is available for such case in world,

I am having very much calf pain, which increased gradually in a year. This is affecting my daily life. What should i do and what causes them to happen.

My wife is 25 yrs old she is having pain in her finger from around 5 months. Initially the pain was in index finger but now pain is moved to middle finger from around 3 months. It is swollen & having pain also. We have done RA factor test which is positive. She is having thyroid which is more than 100 & she is pregnent also. What r the tests to b done next
