Swelling in the thumb of right feet
Thumb of my right feet is all swelled right at the joint of thumb and feet. I m not able to walk properly and the pain is intense. The skin around the thumb feels tight.

If u wake up suddenly at night due to excessive pain at great toe of feet...Then it may be uric acid disturbance ..But it's not as common ...
May be your small joints of toes getting some arthritic changes ..May be muscles of lower leg supplies to great toes and near areas in trouble
