Shoulder pain
I was playing cricket so while playing a certain shot i think i pulled something in my shoulder. At that moment i was in alot of pain . I didnt consulted a doctor then and applied moov myslef and thoght it will heal itslef but after a week thinking that it has healed i played again and again the same thing happened . Only this time it was more severe and my shoulder was burning like literally. Now the pain is less but it hurts while moving.

Dear Sir There are several conditions which could cause shoulder pain. What you are describing could be a SLAP lesion. However a detailed clinical examination by a shoulder specialist is recommended

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
