For the last 2 month I'm having pain between my shoulder and elbow while playing cricket, or throwing anything. The pain will last for 1 hour or 2 . I have taken enough rest and all and also going to gym regularly and no issue while in gym. But whenever I'm playing cricket or foosball I'm feeling this pain. I have been playing cricket from childhood , never experienced this before. Tried different stretching and other trainings. None works. Some times feels pain in forarms too. Usually after the activity the pain will go away within 1 hour or two. But everytime this repeats. I'm playing cricket maximum 4 hours in a week only nowadays. Also playing fooseball and this sometimes makes my forarms stiff, that I can understand but this pain started happening from last two months only. Can anyone please guide me here
