Feel Back pain
When I wake up from bad i feel very pain at my back ..sometime when I seat on the chair and wake up from there on that time i feel same ..

You can strengthen the back muscles. Learn some strengthening exercise for back do it regularly after that you will get permanent cure from back pain.

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
