Id appreciate a detailed answer. Iveheard that lifting weight above your head can stop your height? Can weight training stop your height in any way? Any possibility ? Also Will Weight training damage my bones as im 164 cm underweight (40 kgs) and 16 years old woman Help?

I've recently started getting pain in my left knee. It hurts slightly all the time but hurts a lot when I bend it or put pressure on it. Also when it's bent for a while as I'm laying or sitting it starts to hurt and has a shocking feeling. I'm not an athlete and haven't been running lately so I didn't injure it. I have cubitus varus in right hand arm. The carrying angle of of right hand is 0 degree. The carrying angle of of my normal arm is 12 degrees. There are few things I have come across on internet which I want to ask. 1) what is internal rotational deformity associated with cubitus varus. 2) when bone wedge is removed for correction of varus deformity, does the arm become shorter? 3)There is bulge on my deformed elbow. I am 18 yrs old and I am having bone pains or can say weakness problems I eat my regular diet but still I am not healthy from last many years this is the same problem with me, no problem how much I eat then also my health is so dull. And this cause me weakness.

My mother of age 65 year has been suffering from waist pain for 3 months. I consulted an orthopedic specialist. In X-ray report it was detected 1) compression fracture noted at L2 vertebra and 2) change of spondylosis noted in form of osteophytes at thoracolumbar vertebra. Injection named Protomark 50 & Kelvin taken weekly for 6 week but in vain. No relief seen. Please suggest for future treatment.
