You need a proper examination, diagnosis and treatment by a physiotherapist or a neurologist. These pain and sensations are due to the nerve compression at the back region and neck region. It generally occurs due to long sitting/travelling hours, specially if you work on computers/do table work.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may required) +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation at painful site +apply pain killer gel +no long sitting /standing /travelling./walking +no stair climbing +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no forward bending of back and neck+correct posture (sit tall) +use lumbo sacral belt & collar.
