IHavingm 58 yrs old woman. Having knee pain for more than 5 months. Shown to doctor but tablets did not work.

Hello,since 1 year i m suffering with neck pain and also got tear in left shoulder and getting pain both the side..i cannot do hand movment back side, upper side and side by side completely..pls advice me wt to do?

Suffering with heavy pain in left leg.I am having so much of fear that how to get rid of this.Need better solution for this

Even a mild heartburn trigers costochondritis (pain at one point in one rib bone and left arm and hand) and cranky bone like finger joints. Please suggest where to visit , cardiologists or Orthopaedic? Do I do some exercise, take medicin and use anti information cream? Last time I had visited cardiologists she had prescribed ani inflammation cream and rulled out any heart issue becaise LIPID profile and CBC were about perfect and I was running 3KM daily. I do running and walking now also and lipid and CBC is perfect. Please help.

My left shoulder had dislocated at 26th Feb . I m using a sling attach with my left shoulder for Two week according to my consulted doctor . Do I need any physiotherapist within in these days ?

I got my right shoulder paining since 4 months. i think while playing constant table tennis i strained my shoulder or due to my car steering which is very tight.

I have shoulder pain which is deep inside and pricking throughout, but there is nothing on touch and neither can be pointed out at a point on hand or shoulder. It suddenly comes as a shock, a sudden bolt upon movement (eg wearing a shirt, tying shoelace, combing hair), aggravates as a sudden one at particular movement. But constant nagging pain is there disrupting my daily life. It has been over a year now, tried a lot of medicines and drs, but there has not been muchhelp, which also includes taking a steroid injection. I am diabetic, with sugar levels under control with exercise, food control and medicines. Please advise and relieve me from this pain. Thankss in advance.

I had a hamstring injury while playing football 6 months back, the pain has subsided to a good extent i have been doing strengthening exercises also but i still have tenderness in lower part of it behind knee. Concerned i might injure it again.
