I have bone joint problems vitamin d3 problem I have 13.5 vitamin d percentage I'm using d3 supplements from 1 month but there is no change and I have numbness problem also in my left arm and on my face my total body getting cool automatically and I'm getting some problem in my head chekkar coming in my head nd some times my left hand nerves getting tite I'm went to neourology doctor in kims hospital at kondapur he sujjisted some tablets I'm using tablets from last 10 days but there is no change now what I have to do which doctor is good for me pls subject

My mother is suffering from severe pain in the knee even while sitting idle, she can't walk, and can't bend her knee full, her X-ray showed gap in the knee, currently she is suffering from acute pain, and wants quick relief from same. Please suggest

My muscles have been twitching nonstop for 4 days now in my leg, arm, neck, and back. My left arm twitches hard every moment and it wakes me up at night.

Sir during gym I got injury in my right shoulder and now it's paining .When I was doing chest exercises on bench that time my right hand went down more that time my joint is like come out from main place I feel like this now I can't take hand even back side it's paining and looking like coming out please sir tell me what I should do

For past few days I have observed pain in my jaw muscles while chewing, initially I ignored but now it's something which can't be ignored everytime. Next is I feel pain while even slight stretching of the muscles. my weight has suddenly increased by 5 kg, Parts are swollen like hands. cheeks..
