Pain in lower back
I have pain in lower back from last 2 years. From last month it increased day by day , there is no issue about fracture , everything is fine in x-ray. Nothing is affective in pain like gym.

Hello.. Lower back at your age may be due to calcium deficiency as you have ruled out that trauma and fracture...  i suggest you to take calcium containing foods like ragi, milk.. if you still have any problem meet orthopedic for further evaluation... thank you.
