I m having arthritis n having pain but from last four days i m in severe pain of left leg so went to hospital to show it to neurologist after everyones insist...mri done AP spinal canal dimension at the Pedicular levels are as follows: L1 level : 1.69cms L2 level : 1.31cms L3 level : 1.49cms L4 level : 1.82cms L5 level : 1.72cms These are diameters n mri scan... Pls suggest something n today pain decreased

Hi. Since you are a known case of arthritis... I suggest you to ice your back and left butt muscles frequently.... Once pain reduced..I suggest you to do lot of back extension strengthening...exercises... Kindly meet a physio or else get in touch with me to formulate a good rehab plan for you...
