I have neck pain and feeling flu like symptoms but cbc esr test is normal..and vitamin b12vitamin d is also normal range..my dr suggest neck x ray..dr said nerve spasm...plz check my x ray report and suggest what to do

Dr mustve mentioned muscle spasm due to straightening of your cervical spine as seen on xray. Febril(fever) symptoms may very occasionally be associated with neck stiffness but it could also be a lifestyle associated illness due to long working hours on the laptop and poor posture. Your neurology also needs to be evaluated to rule out disc herniation
