I m feeling neck pain and fatigue
I have neck pain and feeling flu like symptoms but cbc esr test is normal..and vitamin b12 vitamin d is also normal range..my dr suggest neck x ray..dr said nerve spasm...plz check my x ray report and suggest what to do

There appears straightening of cervical spine secondary to neck muscle spasm.
Health Tips
Contrast bath with warm followed by cold fomentation application • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.

Dr mustve mentioned muscle spasm due to straightening of your cervical spine as seen on xray. Febril(fever) symptoms may very occasionally be associated with neck stiffness but it could also be a lifestyle associated illness due to long working hours on the laptop and poor posture. Your neurology also needs to be evaluated to rule out disc herniation
