Pain in hand
I have been diagnosed with loss of cervical lordosis. What all remedies works the best could you please suggest . I have been through physiotherapy sessions but all in vain. I still have the pain in my right hand along with numbness.

Loss of cervical lordosis simply suggest that there is a paraspinal spasm and pain around neck. Pain and numbness of hand could be due to cervical spondylosis or local issues of nerves traversing hand. you are hypothyroid that could be the reason for pain and numbness of hand. the condition is called carpal tunnel syndrome
Next Steps
Go to a orthopedician, get S TSH done, mri of cervical spine plus nerve conduction study if required.
