Ankle Fracture
Had an undisplaced ankle fracture (Lateral Malleolus) on 22 Jan 17. Despite the removal of cast on 27 Feb , I am facing mobility issues. Have been doing the requisite Pysio at home. Pl suggest methods to fasten the recovery

Go to a physiotherapy clinic to get the best treatment.
Next Steps
Wax therapy +some stretching +strenthening +range of motion +co-ordination and balancing exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +frequent ankle-toe movements+ankle strap+full range of motion exercises. +dont hang the leg.

Physiotherapy at home may not be potent enough only a highly qualified and skill physio can help you out... Plz go to some good clinic close to you...

Post cast physiotherapy for ankle fracture must include paraffin wax bath that I think not possible in home therapy kindly visit a center or ask ur therapist to arrange PWB at ur home consult us online at practo or book appointment at www.physiotherapistdelhi.in

This is post immobilisation stiffness which can only be recovered with proper graded physiotherapy protocol. u should get dry needling, cupping therapy, manual therapy for 1 month

Hi u can visit Physio clinic close to ur place and take wax therapy & followed by some strengthening exercises for the muscles around Ankle..
