LOW BACK ACHE SINCE THREE MONTHS IN A PERSON WHO SITS & WORKS FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME CAN BE MOST OF THE TIMES RELATED TO IMPROPER POSTURE... IF YOU HAVENT YET CONSULTED A ORTHOPAEDIC & SPINE SURGEON, THEN ITS THE PRIORITY NOW... SOME ACHES & PAINS ARE VERY SIMPLE, BUT IF PROLONGED WITHOUT MEDICATIONS MAY BECOME WORSE...
Next Steps
CONSULT A ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON & TAKE PROPER MEDICATIONS... I AM SURE YOU WILL GET COMPLETE RELIEF WITH SOME POSTURE CHANGES, REST, & MEDICATIONS...
Health Tips
DONOT EXERCISE WHEN YOU HAVE ACHE & PAIN...
