I have suffering from severe back ache after my c section. It's been almost 3 months now. Please tell me what to do

Go for morning and evening walk daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Yoga will help you a lot Take Tab osteon D by sandu pharma 2 2 for 3 mths Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Tab rumalaya by Himalaya   15 1 1 1 for 5days Reconsult after 15 days
