Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I'm suffering from complete acl tear since one month.Im undergoing physiotherapy and rehabilitation.   I'm able to walk with knee brace..now comes a weird question..I planned for a small trek in himalayas (4kms a day) for 3 days..I have the confidence to do it with hinged knee brace..But I need the suggestion from you what precautions to be taken..Or will I do more damage in walking continusly for 3 days. Please suggest me..I'm planning reconstruction surgery  after a month

I fell down, I don't know what I did and now my finger is very bruised bruising all the way across my hand and ontop of my hand and palm and I can't bend my knuckle when I try i feel popping and burning to the point of almost pass out. X Rays don't show it broken. But I am at loss of what to do.

My right leg muscle pain problem from start from before 8 to 10 days . That pain start from foot to end at heap area. Pls consult me about that problem. And also my vit B12 is 148.

Hi I was suffering from back problem as well as some sort of numbness in hands/legs then went for physiotherapic exercises after started burning sensation started around waist and below alongwith pain in tail bone.Later started feeling pricking pain in the lower part and now suffering from pricking ,burning sensation and itching from starting from waist lower down (meanwhile suffered from piles in between and took lots of medicines as well) - so i was advised MRI lumbar spine the finding revealed L4-5 mild posterior bulge and L5-S1 posterio-central disc protrusion causing no obvious nueral compromise. Can you pls suggest as to what is the existing issue and whom do I need to consult is it because of hemorrhoids or something spine related issue that I facing these problems ?

Having severe pain in left arm from night , not sure if nerve related or muscle related issue Please advise

Hello Doctor : I am 60 yr male . For last six months both my palms become stiff and there is a pain in joints of my all fingers. the pain is usually more in the morning. I have consulted few doctors but unfortunately after the treatment there is no improvement. PresentLy i am taking 1 Tendocare in the morning. But still the pain and stiffness remains the same .I Take hot therapy twice a day so i get little relief. Pl help

My elbow started hurting 4 days ago. It is red and I swelling. If also is hot and hurts to touch. It also has started to turn a blue purple color like brusing around the redness

Feeling pain in the areas of right shoulder and arm area frequently from the age of 12. It is not on account of injury or accident and I am unable to judge the reason for pain. When i met doctor at early stage at that time they said calcium deficiency. After taking medication of some syrup, the pain got down. Now when I do some work or sleep on that side it is severely paining. Can you please suggest the probable course of action for this and probable cause for this pain?

Met with a small accident 3 days ago. My elbow got pressed to the right lateral chest and it's pain disturbing my sleep. It's paining when I take deep breath. Normally the pain is not disturbing
