My knees are paining and get stiff.
My right leg knee is having pain for the last 1.5 years. Now, the pain started in Left Knee also for the last 5 months. The knee joints become stiff by sitting for some time in a position. While sleeping side ways, the knees are paining and become stiff and pain is felt in stretching the legs. I have been taking medicines containing Glucosamine. But no relief is there.
