Hye sir,i i m 26 years old .i m suffering from bow leg.i want to correct my legs.so please suggest me what will be the best way to correct the bow leg.

I am suffering from 2/3 months in Plantar Fasciitis. How to cure my heal? My uric acid test report is normal. And suger test report 106 / Fasting . Pls suggest me what to do. Can I continued my gym work out and morning walk ?

My mri report says I have mild l 4 Nd l 5 bulges and l5 s1 protusion causing compression of thecal sac. My pain is mainly to the right side of my spine. Mri report says there is a suggestive of degeneration in l4. Shows reduced t2 intensities. Doctor says it is mild take rest. I m not comfortable while sleeping too. I feel weakness, numbness in lower back and legs. Uneasiness in breathing and in ears. Slight BP 90/140. Slight pain in lower back when bending backwards. Visited local physiotherapist who made me walk on acupressure mat which gave me 80% relief immediately. Symptoms also lessens when sitting with a lower back support or Belt. But sitting for long brings symptoms back. Please suggest.

Hello Doctor, My wife suffers from a severe pain in the heels of both the legs. specially when she gets up in the morning. We have also changes her sandals to relieve some pain but still the pain exist to some extent.
