Shoulder dislocation
Sir / mam I had a shoulder dislocation injury about 10 years ago .And after that if I put even a small pressure on my shoulder my shoulder dislocates and cause tremendous pain till it comes back to normal . Recently my shoulder dislocated while sleeping and took around 1 hour to restore to normal position but even after that I can't feel too much power in my hand and I feel the tendency of it getting dislocated even when I drive a bike or in sleep or picking up some weight .This issue is in both of the shoulder .When I drive a bike my hand start paining and it feels the it may dislocate again even this tendency is when I sleep kindly suggest what can be done

Do shoulder exercises as your labrum of your shoulder is lossen. Consult physiotherapist for proper assement and treatment.
