My right knee ligaments are damage in an accident ant due to ths i am suffering frm pain while walking or driving can u olzz help me

Hi... Can you please let me know about your complaint in detail..as I need to know which are all the ligaments damaged and to what extent... If pain is the concern then ice your knee frequently...and keep it compressed...with compression bandage... You can chat with me privately as well... Hope this is useful for you
