Hello sir/mam, Im 29 years old female. My height is 4.10. I want to increase my height at least for 3 to 4 inches. Is there any possibility to increase my height in natural way or im ready to do surgery also even its painfull.. Please guide me.

Naturally it is not possible. Surgically it is possible. It is slow and bit painful procedure. It may take 1yr to gain 4 inches and get back to normal life. Meet a Orthopaedic surgeon.
