Crackling sound from bones in back
When I rotate my arms backwards, I hear bones crackling sound every time and quite loud. There is no pain though. Whats the reason of such sounds? Can it be problematic in future? What should I do to fix it? I'm 24 years old male, I'm completely fit and I do regular running and gymming. I'm a computer engineer by profession.
